Our weight room is equipped with :
- Connected treadmill (max speed: 20 km/h and incline = 10%)
- Strength training rack (pull-up, squat, bench press, back pull)

- Various recovery accessories provided by Fitem Récup: massage roller, acupuncture mat, massage ball etc.
Bikes
We have 3 bicycles at our disposal.
- 2 VTT
- 1 Cyclo-cross
They are cleaned and lubricated several times a week to ensure that they are in good working order.
Running gear
Textiles, running shoes and sports nutrition (gels, drinks...) are available for sale in Iten's various sports stores.
Our Kenyan team will guide you to the best shops in town.
Please note: gels and drinks are available in limited quantities and are more expensive than in France - so it's best to bring your own!
